AMIQ-PS2 COMPATIBILITY
======================

- This release is compatible with the following

	AMX5000		All revisions
	AMX5010		All revisions
	AMX5100		Version 1.0.3.10 or higher
	AMWorks		Version 3.0.3.6 


How do I upgrade?
=================
To upgrade the flash in your AMIQ you will need to copy the required file
from this folder to a machine running AMWorks rev 3.0.3.6 or higher. Then follow 
the instructions in AMWorks for downloading the new software. This is available
from www.avocent.com/support.

1. 	Download the file "AMIQPS2.avt" to a drive that is accessible
  	by the machine running AMWorks.

2.	Using the AMWorks software, download the file to all of the AMIQ's that
	are to be upgraded. This is done by selecting Admin Tools - software
	Upgrade, selecting the file "AMIQPS2.avt" and the names of the AMIQs to be
	upgraded, and then click begin upgrade.

3.	Each AMIQ will take approximately 9 minutes to update.
